Repair/Restoration

Most industrial floors system can be repaired and restored at a fraction of the cost to replace them. They can be patched and recoated as necessary based on customer budget and time frame. A site visit and evaluation on every case is a most in order to provide recommendations. Also the service life of industrial flooring will depend on proper use and maintenance.

Maintenance

Heavy-duty industrial flooring and lining materials do not require special maintenance beyond normal cleaning procedures include mopping, hot water wash down, high pressure (>1500psi) power washing, and scrubbing machines. Detergents and caustic cleaning solutions suitable for the clean up of the dirt or soil conditions may be used as needed. If you are unsure of the chemical; make up of a particular cleaner, test a small amount on an inconspicuous area of the floor.
Use all cleaners in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Take all precautions when using any cleaning products as floor surface may become extremely slippery.
Mechanical floor scrubbers may be used as required. Mechanical scrubbers are more effective on glazed surfaces and may not be effective on skid resistant surfaces.
